Veronica Alonzo

Veronica Alonzo is an Associate with SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc. Ms. Alonzo joined the firm in January, 2015 and is part of the Mark McLiney Municipal Advisory Team based out of the San Antonio office. Ms. Alonzo has worked in the Public Finance industry for 20 years. Ms. Alonzo handles back office duties for both Mr. McLiney and Mr. Friedman. In this capacity she assists in the issuance process: working closely with the issuers, bond attorneys, rating agencies and municipal insurance companies. Ms. Alonzo assists with preparing the calendars and distribution lists for upcoming sales, she works closely with the issuers’ staff to gather issuer information and prepares the offering documents for municipal bond sales, she prepares the closing memorandums, and she prepares and assists issuers with their annual SEC 15c2-12 filings.
